Merchandising Production Associate

Modinity Group, a group of leading modest fashion and lifestyle brands including Button scarves, Benang Jarum, Nada Puspita, and other growing brands, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandising Production Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain production timeline.
• Collaborate with the Product Development Team to track development status and ensure timely launch as planned
• Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and manage bulk production from sample approval to the arrival of goods at the warehouse and ensure ready for distribute ontime
• Provide Pre-Production Sample (PPS) and a photoshoot sample
• Negotiate price with suppliers
• Coordinate with factory team to monitor product status, quality control and packing instructions
• Analyze production issues at the earliest stage and create weekly reports
• Build and maintain a good relationship with suppliers

Requirements :

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
• At least have 1 year of experience as Merchandiser Production in garment industry/trading goods (apparel/bags/footwear/etc)
• Thorough understanding of industry best practices
• In-dept knowledge of industry-specific trends and issues
