Mongsim Bakery & Coffee mencari Asisten Baker untuk mendukung proses produksi bakery dan pastry di outlet kami. Anda akan bekerja di bawah arahan Head Baker, membantu persiapan bahan, mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, finishing, serta menjaga kebersihan area kerja.
Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bakery/pastry, SMA/SMK (jurusan Tata Boga/Perhotelan) diutamakan, kemampuan mengikuti resep, teliti dalam penimbangan, bekerja cepat dalam tim, dan siap shift termasuk akhir pekan.
