As a Marketing Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the company’s marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and support business objectives. Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
- Develop and maintain brand messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels
- Supervise and coordinate marketing activities across digital and traditional platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Manage marketing projects to ensure delivery within defined timelines and budgets
- Analyze, interpret, and monitor marketing data and performance metrics to optimize programs and report results
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, agency, or related industries, with proven experience in leading marketing projects
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives within budget and timelines
- Familiar with branding, digital marketing platforms, content creation, and social media strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to support decision-making and program optimization
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) for data tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Google Workspace
