Brand & Product Marketing Sr. Specialist

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement marketing strategy execution plans and activities (promotions, advertising, campaigns, etc.) to enhance product awareness among target customers/markets.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on customer, market, and competitor profiles for each product or SKU to tailor product-centric campaigns to the target audience.
• Develop product-focused marketing initiatives based on research findings and business/brand priorities to boost product sales and elevate product profiles.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on brand, product, and campaign priorities for consistent brand and product representation across all channels.
• Foster positive relationships and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to drive towards business objectives.
• Monitor and assess the implementation of marketing programs and activities against predefined plans and objectives.
• Implement enhancements based on evaluation outcomes to achieve operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, General Management, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in the beauty and retail industry
• Proficiency in trade marketing, market research, and data analysis
