Putera Sampoerna Foundation (PSF) was established as a social organization with the aim to assist in the development of Indonesia as a nation. In 2015, the organization was transformed into a social business which recognizes the importance of education in nation building.

PSF School Development Outreach is an educational service provider that offers comprehensive, sustainable, and customizable programs aimed at enhancing the quality of education and its practitioners in Indonesia, contributing to global competitiveness.

The PSF School Development Outreach encompasses various programs based on best practices, including School Development Program, Professional Development Program, Educational Support Program, and Education Assessment and Consultation.

The Putera Sampoerna Foundation is the first non-profit organization to receive the ISO 9001:2008 certificate of quality management systems which are of international standard. Applying the principles of transparency and accountability in all its activities, the Putera Sampoerna Foundation has been trusted by more than 250 corporations, organizations and associations as a provider for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.

The Putera Sampoerna Foundation is periodically audited by a third-party international auditor and its report is published in the Putera Sampoerna Foundation's annual report.

• Strengthen and enhance procedures, tools, and research designs for measuring project progress through monitoring and evaluation.
• Conduct project monitoring and evaluation in alignment with the Quality Assurance Plan, including data collection, cleaning, processing, and analysis to support continuous improvement.
• Develop data visualizations to present findings clearly and effectively, applying appropriate data visualization principles to facilitate understanding and communication of key insights.
• Monitor project activities and assess progress toward achieving output goals, providing recommendations to enhance program implementation and the overall project framework.
• Participate in the assessment and improvement of SDO programs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and facilitating corrective actions based on evaluation findings.
• Generate Quality Assurance and Evaluation reports with evidence-based recommendations and engage in discussions and presentations with the QA/Assessment and Evaluation team to support reliable and informed decision-making.
• Conduct continuous monitoring of SOPs and organizational procedures and facilitate improvements to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
• Conduct internal audits to assess business processes for compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies, ensuring organizational effectiveness.
• Track and implement audit and evaluation recommendations within agreed-upon timelines.
• Coordinate and maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation through the Document Management System (DMS).
• Analyze organizational documents and identify lessons learned to support continuous organizational improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistic/ Math or Education.
• Minimum1 years' of work experience in monitoring and evaluation
• Strong knowledge of research methodology, issues and theories of education.
• Proficiency in data statistic
