Job Description

• Providing thorough and comprehensive nursing care in inpatient services in assigned sections/rooms in accordance with hospital service standards and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.
• Receiving patients in accordance with service standards set by the hospital.
• Conducting initial assessments of patients to determine nursing diagnoses, prioritizing patient needs and creating nursing care plans, both independently and collaboratively.
• Conducting periodic reassessments based on the patient's condition or if significant changes occur to determine response and plan for further care or discharge.
• Analyzing integrated information from patient assessment data to plan nursing care and carry out nursing actions to anticipate and prevent worsening of the patient's condition.
• Ensuring the availability and completeness of equipment and medicines needed and accompanying the doctor during examinations to ensure a smooth examination process.
• Carrying out comprehensive educational activities for patients and their families or companions to ensure continuity of healing and recovery.
• Observing and evaluating the effectiveness of actions, reporting developments in the patient's condition to the doctor.
• Carrying out complete documentation before, during, and after treatment for use as a reference for disease history, further treatment reference, and patient visit statistics.
• Collecting required data and/or creating reports related to operational activities for analysis by superiors or other related parties.
• Implementing procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting, and making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital-wide indicators and related department/unit targets.

• Diploma (D3) degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in an inpatient area.
