Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Nursing (Professional Nurse / Ners).
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate (STR) and relevant professional certifications.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Nurse Manager.
- Experience participating in hospital accreditation processes.
- Strong understanding of patient safety, quality improvement, and Nursing regulations.
- Proven leadership skills in managing, coaching, and developing Nursing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
