Job Responsibilities
Ensure all company construction activities comply with company safety standards, government regulations (SMK3), the safety management system (ISO 45001), ISO 14001, and other quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 37001).
Organize and act as Person In Charge for safety/ environmental activities, including:
- Preparation of department Safety Environment activity plan
- Monitoring and ensuring all site safety patrols, induction to new workers, TBM (Tool Box Meetings), and daily review meetings
- Ensuring Anzen leaders are available in all working areas
- Conducting and managing activities for Document Tender & Safety Requirement Plan of new projects
Plan and ensure weekly Safety Environment reviews and monthly Board of Directors patrols, performing and reporting safety analysis during inspections.
Oversee the development and execution of training programs for high‑risk activities and for development and implementation of safety initiatives.
Prepare reports by collecting and managing safety activity documents for the Board of Directors and APRHQ, using cloud‑based tools such as Procore and Data Scope.
Collect all findings and report them during Annual Management Review Meetings as feedback for improving the Safety & Quality system.
Maintain good communication and collaboration with owners, consultants, government bodies, and third‑party organizations regarding SE matters.
Required Qualifications- Minimum qualification of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety & health.
- Holder of Young OHS Construction Expert Certificate (Ahli Muda K3 Konstruksi) is mandatory.
- Certification in AK3 Electrical, AK3 Fire, First Aid, and Hiperkes Paramedis by Kemenaker is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SE Management Systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015 standards are essential.
- Familiar with Risk Assessment and Environmental Measurements.
- Minimum 2 years of construction field activities plus 1 year of managerial experience.
- Experience in the Environmental, Health, and Safety fields.
- Experience at a Japanese construction company is an advantage.
- Ready to work on weekends on a shifting basis.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English is required.
