QC Executive (Food Seasoning) - Food Manufacture - Jakarta (B-127571)

and Beverages company
. Currently, they are looking for a QC Executive
.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality testing on raw materials and finished goods, including sensory, visual, and salt content analysis.
• Collect and prepare samples for external laboratory testing.
• Verify Certificates of Analysis (COA) and ensure materials meet specifications before use.
• Perform factory, equipment, and hygiene inspections, including pre-production checks.
• Carry out equipment verification and calibration as required.
• Maintain HACCP documentation, QC records, and laboratory cleanliness and inventory.
• Ensure only approved products are released for delivery to customers.
• Issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) for materials and finished products as required.
• Promptly report non-conformities and quality issues, and support investigation and corrective actions.
• Assist in internal and external audits and provide basic training to new staff.
• Support and oversee daily quality control operations to ensure effective implementation of QC systems.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company or immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
• High-conversational level of English to communicate with direct supervisor.
• Minimum 2 years of QC experience in food industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.
• Able to conduct raw material and finished goods testing, inspections, documentation, and audits.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a factory environment.
