Lifting Inspector

Full Time

• Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree from technical background
• Min. 3 years experiences in related field
• Hold a valid IABA certificate
• Hold a valid ASNT NDT MT/PT Lv. II

Perform Thorough Examination which may consist of Inspection and/or Testing of equipment or related engineering services, with wide scope techniques of Visual Inspection, Dimensional conformity, NDT, Functional Testing and Proof load testing.

Provide accurate equipment or field or service examination record and report with approved company report template in wide scope of inspection services (e.g. for Lifting and Rigging Equipment Functional test, performance test, proof load test, etc).

Review and confirm material certification for equipment or other inspection related documentation which supports conformance of equipment or field or service to be inspected.

Able to conduct, witness, analyses and justify the result of testing which may require during examination according to the statutory regulation, standard and/or acceptable practice. (e.g. NDT, Proof Load Testing, Destructive test, etc.)

Maintain effective customer relations through best service, quality and timeliness of inspection services by addressing customer concerns and involving management as required.
