Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary

This position is responsible for product inspection and submitting inspection results, dealing with findings, and other tasks assigned by the line manager.

• Conduct pre‑shipment inspections by preparing inspection procedures and documents according to Medline requests and schedules.
• Inspect products, conclude inspection results, submit inspection reports, and share findings with relevant parties in a timely manner.
• Provide clear, detailed information and evidence to corporate division QA and stakeholders for lot rejections/questions on the same day as inspection.
• Identify risks related to quality discrepancies and provide suggestions to supervisors or managers promptly and efficiently.
• Offer constructive suggestions or bring attention to procedure/product errors to divisional QA/PM in order to optimize inspection processes and improve efficiency.
• Follow company policy and requirements to complete related documents (e.g., expenses, performance reviews) on time.
• Be flexible to accept changes to work arrangements when needed.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers in a timely manner.
• Frequent travel required.

• College degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of quality control experience with a keen sense of quality.
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, positive personality, and team spirit.
• Detail‑oriented and honest.
• Strong willingness to learn new knowledge and self‑learning skills.
• Flexibility to frequent travel.
• Knowledge of quality‑measuring tools and sampling plans is a plus.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Good English reading and writing ability required.
