Risk Management Superintendent

Interprets and monitor the implementation of management system standards (i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 37001), studies existing policies and procedures, and to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance and Anti-bribery program.

Establish, maintain, and promote the implementation of Company's Quality Management System, support QA/QC of business line/function in preparing Project Quality Plan (PQP), other QA/QC documentation and inspection. Quality Management System is updated as per current business process

Lead and monitor the implementation of internal quality audit program to ensure the quality adherence. Audit program completion

Provide advisory on changes and modification in quality policies/procedures and their implementation, provides training, tools and techniques to enable others in achieving quality standard. Quality of policies/procedure as per standard

Maintain and monitor quality management systems certification (i.e. ISO 9001) implementation and become a management Representative to ensure conformance to standards. Company operations complied with ISO 9001.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Bachelor's Degree of Public helath or Occupational helath

• Have min. 7 years experiences in or knowledge of the Oil and Gas and/or Engineering and Construction industry and/or Mining industry is an advantage.
• Preferably having knowledge of the Engineering and construction industry and the mining industry.
• Hold certification in the Risk Management area.
• Knowledge of Risk Management framework and ERM process and activities.
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
