Job Description:

As the Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for managing all regulatory affairs for the company, with a focus on BPOM registration, halal certification, and FMCG compliance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's products comply with all relevant regulations and standards, and that all necessary approvals and certifications are obtained in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all BPOM and halal submissions, ensuring compliance with FMCG regulations and approved materials for all products
• Manage and maintain regulatory and certification documents, ensuring all records are accurate, updated, and aligned with company standards
• Coordinate internal and external audits, support ISO 22000 implementation, and ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with BPOM and related authorities while staying updated on regulatory changes and communicating updates internally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training to team members regarding regulatory requirements, compliance processes, and certification standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or other related field
• Minimum of 7years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within FMCG or Food & Beverage industry
• Strong hands‑on experience in BPOM registration, halal certification, product compliance, and deep understanding of Indonesian FMCG regulations and certification requirements
• Familiar with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety or quality management standards
• Well‑connected with BPOM, MUI/BPJPH, and related regulatory authorities, with proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
