The PQE Engineer will ensure product and process quality through proactive quality engineering, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality systems, conducting root-cause analysis, driving corrective and preventive actions, and supporting product transfer and validation activities. The successful candidate will be detail‑oriented, data‑driven, and comfortable working with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain partners to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

• Establish and maintain quality standards, inspection specifications, and related quality documentation.
• Apply quality tools (e.g., QC 7 tools) for problem analysis, drive issue closure, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key quality KPIs, perform data analysis, and define improvement actions.
• Participate in new product, new process, and new material introduction validation to ensure mass production quality stability.

• 5+ years in the same field.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or related fields.
• English working proficiency is required.
• Familiar with manufacturing processes and quality management systems; solid quality control foundation.
• Proficient in quality tools (QC 7 tools, FMEA, SPC) with practical application experience.
• Local Indonesians or Chinese citizen willing to relocate.
• Strong data analysis and independent problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
