Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko (HIRADC/JSA), rekomendasi tindakan pengendalian, serta memastikan penggunaan APD dan kepatuhan prosedur kerja aman oleh karyawan maupun subkontraktor.
