• Monitor and control quality performance across logistics operations, including RDC, PDI, vehicle maintenance, and transportation processes.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure operational activities comply with company standards, SOPs, and customer requirements.
• Provide real-time feedback on site operational issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.
• Analyze quality data, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the achievement of key operational KPIs, including quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Assist in monitoring operational costs and revenue achievement while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Prepare quality reports, conduct regular audits, and present improvement recommendations to management.
• Support quality training and promote quality awareness across operational teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive logistics, quality management, vehicle distribution, or related operations.
• Strong understanding of RDC, PDI, vehicle transportation, maintenance processes, and quality control standards.
• Experience in quality analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel to operational sites when required.
