Group Head of Operations Excellence & Quality Assurance

We are seeking a seasoned Group Head – Operations Excellence & Quality Assurance to lead operational excellence, quality assurance, service standards, and business transformation across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Group-wide standards, SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Lead operational and service audits, QA, and performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, and transformation initiatives.
- Strengthen service excellence and brand standards across business units.
- Lead corrective actions, risk management, and operational improvement.
- Develop talent and succession pipelines.
- Advise VP Operations on operational risks, investments, and strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience in hospitality, resorts, theme parks, tourism destinations, leisure, or multi-site service businesses.
- Strong expertise in operational audit, QA, service excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, and business transformation.
- Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or PMP are preferred
