IT Quality Assurance

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT Quality Assurance (IT QA) professional to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications and systems.

Analyze business and system requirements to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and test data.

Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.

Identify, document, and track bugs/defects through to resolution.

Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product/Project Managers, and business users to resolve system issues.

Conduct regression testing following system enhancements, bug fixes, and new releases.

Validate system functionality against business requirements and expected results.

Prepare testing progress reports, defect reports, and testing documentation.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist users during the testing process.

Identify potential quality risks and provide recommendations for system improvement.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and testing methodologies.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Quality Assurance, QA Engineer, or Software Tester.

Solid experience in software/application testing.

Good understanding of SDLC and STLC

Experienced in preparing Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data, and Test Reports.

Familiar with defect management and bug tracking processes.

Experience using Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or other project/bug tracking tools
.

Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation
.

Experience with
API testing is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Able to work independently and effectively within a team.
