, we need someone who meets the following conditions:

Role and Responsibilities

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases.

Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.

Conduct tests to understand our services thoroughly, register, and manage issues.

Write user-centered test scenarios and test cases.

Manage testing equipment and software.

Qualifications

Ability to create flexible and reusable tests that cover a wide range of use/edge cases.

Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with hands-on white/black box testing.

High understanding of Web/iOS/Android platforms.

Basic documentation skills.

Good communication skills with proficiency in English required.

Preferred Qualifications

Over 2 years of QA practical experience.

Experience directly handling automated testing tools.

Experience using collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Confluence).

Major in IT-related fields or possess equivalent level of knowledge.
