Our client is Software company. Currently, they are looking for IT Senior QA Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and review test strategies for new SaaS features across the product lifecycle.

Perform manual and API testing with strong attention to detail and product quality.

Contribute to QA processes, best practices, and quality metrics together with the QA Lead.

Mentor junior QA members by sharing knowledge and reviewing test cases to help raise the team's quality standard.

Work closely with Developers, PMs, and global counterparts in Japan and Vietnam in agile workflows.

Monitor defect trends, escalates critical issues, and ensure every release meets the quality bar.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.

High conversational English proficiency.

Minimum 5 years of experience as Quality Assurance for software products.

Strong command of testing methodologies, SDLC, manual and API testing, and defect tracking tools.

Proven ability to design test strategies and contribute to QA processes and quality metrics.

Experience in Agile environments and PostgreSQL.

High ability to leverage AI tools for testing productivity.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced software development environment.
