Quality Assurance

Document testing results, including bug details (severity, priority, and reproduction steps) in tracking tools.

Collaborate with the Software Engineering team to review bugs and verify fixes.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant frameworks to improve repetitive testing efficiency.

Present testing reports and quality metrics analysis (e.g., defect density and test coverage) to users/stakeholders on a regular basis.

Ensure test coverage aligns with agreed user requirements and acceptance criteria.

Evaluate and recommend improvements to QA processes (tools, methodologies, and workflows) to enhance testing accuracy and speed.

Ensure the testing environment is properly connected and closely mirrors production conditions.
