EIC Intern - Strategic Consulting (Jakarta, Indonesia)

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our Strategic Consulting team. You will assist analysts in preparing market research publications and support consultancy projects for clients.

• Assist in collecting and analyzing real estate market data
• Support the preparation of the Quarterly Marketbeat Research Report
• Help prepare client consultancy reports, including location, economic & demography analysis and property market data collection
• Conduct desktop research and benchmarking exercises
• Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure timely delivery of insights

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Detail-oriented, with good communication skills
