• Promoting Nusantics new business line on providing support for genomic researchs for academic and industry.
• Identify potential collaborative research opportunities.
• Conduct scientific discussion & assessment to support partners.
• Build customized proposal and research plan (sequencing and analysis).
• Manage end-to-end project coordination.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related life science field.
• Strong understanding of genomics, sequencing technologies (NGS), and basic bioinformatics concepts.
• Familiar with PCR, sequencing workflows, and genomic data analysis process.
• Able to understand and interpret research objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in academic research or laboratory environment is highly preferred.
• Experience in preparing research proposals or grant-related documents is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in scientific sales, research collaboration, life science industry, or academic research.
• Experience handling B2B clients (universities, hospitals, research institutions, or biotech companies).
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagement.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (lab, bioinformatics, operations) is preferred.
