Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead research studies and provide strong client servicing under supervision.
- Ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Apply solid research knowledge in study design and project execution.
- Check, analyze, and interpret complex data, delivering clear and actionable recommendations.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Supporting in identifying potential business opportunities and collaborating with senior team members.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate insights into broader business strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of quantitative market research experience.
- Exposure in product testing, concept testing, or quantitative research.
- Excellent knowledge about research design, research project management, and creating questionnaires.
- Excellent project management and client servicing skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian are required.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented and able to follow guidance in structuring proposal outlines.
- Able to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively.
- Familiar with AI tools to improve overall research efficiency.
- Highly motivated and curious about global and local market trends.
