Position: RNI FRAGRANCE STAFF
Location: Jakarta Selatan

Located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta, you will work together in Team RNI with more than 30 persons to grow together with PT.Cosmax Indonesia. You will directly report to the Part Leader & Team Leader RNI. Please read the qualifications below.

Qualifications:

Min Bachelor (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering/Pharmacy, or a related field.

Have experience min 2-3 years in fragrance formulation, evaluation or product development (preferred).

Familiarity with sensory evaluation and fragrance classification (e.g., top, middle, base notes).

Proficiency in sensory evaluation and fragrance matching.

Exposure to fragrance trends and market demands in personal care, cosmetics, or related industries.

Have passion for fragrance creation and innovation.

Ability to design and conduct experiments for fragrance stability.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention detail.

Effective communication skills for cross functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and regulatory teams.

Have knowledge of regulatory guidelines for fragrance and cosmetic safety (IFRA standards).

Fluent in English both written and spoken.

Understanding CPKB-GMP, ISO 22716, HAS, ISO 14001, Vegan & Cosmos.

Role & Responsibilities:

Determine and manage fragrance library.
Provide New Product Development sample (NPDS) fragrance from marketing.
Develop, improve, and verify fragrance formulas as needed.
Perform stability testing of product.
Perform trial production and compose the first batch report.

Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 17.00
