Business Execution

Assist in the planning and implementation of research and technical assistance assignments.
Lead debriefing sessions for assigned projects and assignments.
Build strong client relationships to ensure smooth execution of assignments.
Ensure high
-quality execution of projects through careful planning and attention to detail.
Take the lead in writing reports and analyzing data, ensuring clear and actionable insights.
Review training materials, research papers, curricula, and technical assistance provided to clients.
Contribute to the development of MSC’s toolkits, publications, and other resources.

Business Development

Proactively track requests for proposals and, where applicable, initiate client relationships.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high
-quality results.

Assist in the development of proposals to generate business for the Climate Change and Sustainability practice area.
Represent MSC at conferences and events to enhance visibility and establish new partnerships.
Contribute to thematic publications, including Focus Notes and Briefing Notes, based on field experiences.
Collaborate with colleagues to create blogs, reports, and other publications for external distribution.
Support MSC in organizing regular meetings, workshops, and seminars on topics related to climate change and sustainability.

Capacity Development

Conduct "Quality of Delivery" and Feedback assessments with team members after assignments, following quality control guidelines.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and peers, supporting their professional growth and development.
Share knowledge and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Requirements
Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree in Climate Change, Natural Resource Management, Sustainability, Renewable Energy, Climate Finance, Agriculture, Rural Development, Economics, Public Policy, Social Work, or related fields.
