Position: RAW MATERIAL RESEARCH PART LEADER
Location: Jakarta Selatan

Raw Material Research Part Leader will be located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta in Team RNI. This position will directly report to Team Leader RNI Formulator. Please find the details below:

Qualifications

Master’s and Doctoral degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedicine, or related fields.

Minimum of 3–5 years in a similar role, with proven experience in research specific to cosmetic raw materials, from early-stage research to industry application.

Skilled in various extraction methods and the optimization of bioactive compounds, ensuring quality and efficacy.

Proficient in handling cell culture techniques, designing in vitro studies, and analyzing cellular responses for raw material efficacy.

Demonstrated research capability as a first author in reputable scientific journals (SCCI), showcasing expertise and contributions to the field.

Hands-on experience in research and development for cosmetic raw materials, including ingredient sourcing, formulation integration, and efficacy testing.

Strong capacity to troubleshoot research challenges and adapt protocols to optimize results.

Capable of leading multiple research projects, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with cosmetic raw material regulations, including safety, efficacy, and regulatory documentation processes.

Effective communicator with experience working in cross-functional research environments and engaging with external research partners.

Fluency in English both spoken and written

Role & Responsibilities

Manage and execute research on cosmetic raw materials, focusing on extraction, bioactive optimization, and efficacy validation through in-vitro study.
Design and oversee in vitro studies using cell culture to evaluate ingredient safety and performance.
Manage multiple research projects and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with formulation, efficacy, regulatory, and external partners.
Prepare scientific reports, technical documentation, and publish research findings in reputable journals.
Ensure compliance with cosmetic raw material regulations and identify innovative ingredients for product development.

Onsite Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 17.00
