UX Researcher​/Product Researcher

In this full-time, hybrid role, you will leverage your 1-3 years of experience to uncover user needs, validate product concepts, and drive data-informed design decisions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating research findings into actionable insights that enhance user experience and product success.

• Bachelor's degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in UX research, product research, or a similar role.
• Proven experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and ethnographic research.
• Proficiency in survey design and analysis, as well as qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Experience with journey mapping, persona development, and research synthesis & reporting.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with wire framing & prototyping tools is a plus.
