Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall performance of multiple luxury retail stores
- Achieve sales targets, profitability, and store KPIs including:
Sales Growth & Productivity (UPT, ATV), CRM & Clienteling performance (VIP conversion & retention), Employee Productivity & Scheduling Efficiency, NPS / Customer Satisfaction Score, Stock accuracy, shrinkage control & inventory health - Strengthen clienteling initiatives and VIP customer engagement activities
- Ensure operational compliance, VM standards, and premium store experience
- Conduct regular store audits with clear follow-up action plans
- Build talent pipeline: hiring, onboarding, coaching & performance reviews
- Provide weekly & monthly business reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, VM, Training & Regional Teams to support business objectives
Requirements :
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as Area Manager / Multi-Store Manager in Retail / Sport / Active
- Demonstrated success in driving KPIs such as sales revenue, conversion, CRM growth, and operational standards
- Able to communicate confidently with regional/global teams
- Capable of preparing professional reports and presenting business strategies
- Results-driven, analytical thinker with strong business acumen
- Excellent leadership, coaching mindset, and ability to influence diverse teams
- High attention to detail and operational excellence
- Willing to travel frequently for store visits and business priorities
- Professional and polished appearance reflective of luxury brand expectations
