Education & Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail, Psichology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, sales performance, or client development (luxury retail preferred).
• Strong analytical ability to read and interpret sales KPIs, client data, and operational reports.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and practical solutions for boutiques.
• Comfortable with retail performance dashboards, CRM tools, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with clienteling practices and customer journey in luxury retail.
• Experience managing client relationships and understanding client segmentation (new, repeat, top clients).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coach and influence Boutique Managers and store teams.
• Ability to challenge constructively while maintaining partnership and trust.
• Experience in conducting training, coaching, or performance review sessions.
