- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to manage the flow of merchandise and ensure on‑time delivery of products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in managing product orders and inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal stock level.
- Assist in creating and updating product catalogs, price lists, and other merchandising materials.
- Manage and maintain product information and data in internal databases and systems.
- Support the merchandising team in other tasks and projects as needed.
- Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to make data‑driven recommendations for product improvements and assortment adjustments.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate merchandising activities.
- Min. a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Min. 2-3 years of progressive experience in Retail Merchandiser.
- Excellent proficiency in spreadsheet software, particularly Excel/google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in merchandising is highly preferred.
- Passion for the retail and lifestyle goods industry.
