- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and provide input for store development
- Provide recommendations on sales strategies based on market conditions, customer data analysis, competitor analysis, etc.
- Conduct evaluations and analyses of target achievement, business activities, and business issues to improve sales productivity
- Perform control and monitoring functions across each store
- Conduct regular coaching and mentoring for areas or stores regarding issues and sales performance reviews
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the retail industry in a leadership position
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Good leadership skills and a positive attitude
- Target-oriented, service excellence mindset, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
