A leading FMCG beauty company in Jakarta Selatan is hiring a Retail Educator to enhance team capability through structured training programs. You will be responsible for conducting training, monitoring effectiveness, and supporting new hires and product launches. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years experience in similar roles, strong product knowledge, and excellent coaching skills. Fluent English is a plus. The position may require travel for store visits.
