This position will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and plans for their respective store to achieve the company’s sales targets.
He/She will oversee sales performance, ensure merchandising and store standards, and maintain a high level of customer service. The role also requires maintaining store cleanliness and tidiness at all times, as well as ensuring all store standards are consistently met to achieve the company’s objectives.
Requirements- Minimum Senior High School graduate;
Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred - Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a retail store, preferably in the retail industry
- Willing to commit to a long-term career in a retail company
- Experience in managing a team of Store Associates and Store Leaders to maximize sales effectiveness
- Strong knowledge of the organization's products, services, and sales techniques
- Ability to work with the Area Manager to develop and maximize the sales team’s revenue potential
- Familiar with general retail concepts, practices, and procedures
- Able to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals
- Capable of performing multiple tasks while leading and directing a team
- Demonstrates creativity and initiative
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
