Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Mebuat dan mengembangkan strategi penjualan untuk menarik client – client baru
- Merancang, memimpin, memotivasi, melatih, membimbing dan mengawasi staff secara efektif
- Merancang store dengan sebagus mungkin serta menjaga relationship dengan client – client yang potensial
- Mengatur layout / penempatan barang dan mengatur lokasi produk yang tepat
- Menganalisis dan melaporkan tren pembelian dan kebutuhan pelanggan (alat – alat golf)
- Minimal pengalaman 3-5 tahun di bidang terkait
