Location: Jakarta Selatan
We are looking for a commercially driven retail marketing leader to lead offline retail growth and execution across Indonesia. This role will be responsible for driving strong retail visibility, shopper engagement, and execution excellence across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Modern Trade Independent (MTI) channels within a multi‑distributor business model. We are looking for someone who understands how to translate brand and commercial priorities into impactful retail execution while leading multiple retail marketing functions in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
This is a strategic leadership role with broad exposure across retail marketing, field execution, and cross‑functional operations.
- Lead retail marketing and offline execution strategy across GT, MT, and MTI channels.
- Drive nationwide retail campaigns, activations, visibility, and in‑store execution initiatives.
- Strengthen shopper engagement, retail presence, and execution consistency across channels.
- Lead and align multiple retail marketing functions, including Trade Marketing, Training, Visual Merchandiser, and Beauty Advisor (BA) Operations.
- Manage retail execution within a multi‑distributor environment and ensure strong field alignment.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, distributors, and external partners to drive execution effectiveness.
- Monitor retail performance, execution quality, sell‑out initiatives, and operational improvement.
- Build scalable retail processes, execution standards, and operational discipline across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Offline Activation within Beauty, FMCG, or Consumer industry.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Strong exposure managing offline retail channels including GT, MT, and MTI.
- Experience working within distributor‑led or multi‑distributor business models is highly preferred.
- Proven experience handling large‑scale retail execution, visibility, and activation programs.
- Strong leadership capability managing cross‑functional teams and retail operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to connect retail initiatives to business performance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and high‑growth environment.
