Job Description
- Lead and manage daily boutique operations to ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with brand standards
- Drive sales performance and achieve boutique targets through strong commercial execution and team leadership
- Coach, develop, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor stock levels, inventory management, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and repeat business
- Oversee boutique administration, reporting, and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for in-store activations and events
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of customer experience and luxury service standards
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Willing to work in retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
