Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Memastikan outlet beroperasional sesuai dengan ketentuan SOP perusahaan.
- Memimpin dan mengatur sistem kerja seluruh anggota tim crew & kasir.
- Mengatur shift kerja staf crew & kasir agar layanan pelanggan dapat berjalan dengan nyaman dan terfasilitasi dengan baik.
- Mengambil langkah solutif dan cepat ketika staf menghadapi berbagai hambatan dalam menjawab atau menghadapi konsumen.
- Membuat laporan sales harian, jadwal absensi crew & kasir.
- Lulusan D3/S1 semua jurusan.
- Memiliki kemampuan Ms.Office.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Leader di Perusahaan Retail, Hotel, Food & Beverage minimal 1 Tahun lebih disukai.
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, dan mampu memimpin sekelompok tim.
- Pekerja keras dan memiliki inisiatif, proaktif, dan bertanggung jawab.
- Bersedia bekerja pada Hari Libur Nasional, dan Sistem Kerja Shift.
