Position: STORE MANAGER KKI
Location: Jakarta Selatan

As Store Manager, you will hire to grow PT. Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia, A subsidiary PT. Cosmax Indonesia,
located in CIBIS NINE BUILDING,18 Floor, Jl. TB Simatupang, South Jakarta . We need active person, able to independent and in teamwork. Please read qualification below.

Qualifications:

Min Diploma (D3)/Bachelor any background, preferably Marketing or Business Administration Retail Management from reputable university.

Experience min 5-7 years in local/domestic and export/global sales for cosmetic product or others.

Experience to build, develop new opportunities and collaborations with distributions (cosmetics, food, etc.).

Deep understanding for Modern also Traditional Market.

Familiar to open distribution, marketing channels for cosmetics products.

Good interpersonal skill including persuasive, has excellent negotiation skills.

Familiar with MoU process.

Familiar with Ms. Office (Excell and PPT), able to make writing reporting.

MUST BE ACTIVE IN ENGLISH

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the overall store operations to ensure optimal store performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory effectively including ordering receiving and organizing stock.
Analyze sales figures forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints ensuring that high customer service standards are maintained.
Liaise with the Head Quarter on branding marketing promotions and visual merchandising initiative.
Prepare detailed reports on buying trends customer needs and profits.

Onsite

Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 17.00
