Monitor and analyze core sales KPIs including sell-in volume, sell-through rate and inventory turnover on an ongoing basis. Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to align inventory allocation, mitigate stockout risks and ensure stable product availability to support frontline sales.
2. Merchandising & Product OperationsLead full-cycle merchandising management, covering seasonal assortment planning, periodic buying cycle execution and scientific markdown strategy formulation, to maximize product sell-through efficiency and gross profit margin. Provide professional merchandising guidance and data-driven support to overseas subsidiaries and cooperative clients, assisting them in making accurate purchasing and inventory decisions.
Maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships with existing channel partners. Empower partners through systematic professional training, targeted resource coordination and customized joint marketing initiatives. Continuously improve partner operational capability, engagement and overall sales productivity to drive sustainable channel business growth.
4. Field Coaching & Team TrainingConduct regular on-site store inspections and field visits to grasp frontline operation status. Deliver standardized training for distributors and retail staff focusing on product expertise, brand image standards, service specifications and sales skills. Rectify irregular operations on-site to unify frontline service and operation standards.
5. Data Analysis & Business AdvisoryCollect and sort out customer business data, conduct real-time business monitoring and in-depth data mining. Output actionable optimization suggestions covering marketing activity iteration, product portfolio adjustment and sales channel efficiency improvement. Support data-based business decisions to continuously optimize overall operational performance and business benefits.
Track and analyze local market dynamics, including competitor strategies, industry policy updates and consumer trend changes. Collate and sort out market insights regularly, and deliver targeted go-to-market strategy recommendations to the headquarters to support overseas market layout and business iteration.
Core Requirements1. Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in related majors
2. Professional Experience- 3–6 years of working experience in retail operation, sales operation or market development, with priority given to candidates with sports industry experience in Indonesia market.
- Minimum 3 years of merchandising working experience in the sports footwear, apparel and accessories industry.

Proficient in retail and sales operation management, skilled in merchandising planning, inventory control and dynamic adjustment. - Practical operation capability:
Experienced in frontline field coaching, staff training and visual merchandising implementation (planogram design, brand standard landing) - Industry literacy:
