PT Lock & Lock Indonesia is seeking a Store Operational Assistant Manager to join our retail operations team in South Jakarta. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of our store. As Store Operational Assistant Manager, you will support the Manager in overseeing all operational aspects of the store, including inventory management, staff coordination, and customer service excellence. This position is instrumental in maintaining our high standards of retail operations and contributing to the store's profitability and success.

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandising displays to optimise product visibility and sales.
• Coordinate and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, well-organised, and maintains high health and safety standards.
• Monitor and manage cash handling procedures, point-of-sale systems, and financial reconciliation.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution.
• Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives as directed by management.
• Conduct stock audits and provide regular reports on inventory and sales performance.
• Support the maintenance and upkeep of store equipment and facilities.
• Assist in interviews, onboarding, and training new store team members, as well as managing shift schedules.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in retail store operations or a similar supervisory role within the retail sector, preferably in Miniso, KKV, Daiso, or similar retail brands.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock opname processes, and merchandising practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on delivering positive customer experiences.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for sales management and reporting.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and store presentation.
• Good command of English (both written and verbal).
