About the RoleResponsible for optimizing retail space rental and VM investment to ensure efficient budget utilization and maximum sales productivity across all store tiers.
Responsibilities- Track and manage all store rental agreements (cost, duration, location type)
- Evaluate productivity of each rented space vs sales contribution
- Conduct ROI and payback analysis for VM initiatives
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for rental and investment performance
- Improve cost efficiency and sales impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years experience in FMCG, retail, or commercial analysis
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in the FMCG/ beauty or personal care industry
