The portion of your work is going to be allocated about 60% for the Ashoka Global Team, and 40% for the Ashoka Indonesia Team. The responsibilities are as follows:

• Preparing partnership reports on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
• Supporting monthly finance review preparations and monthly budget vs. actual reviews.
• Supporting budget planning, financial reporting, and other global finance requirements.
• Conducting monthly reconciliations with local offices.
• Managing vendor payments and reimbursements.
• Following up on any intercompany transactions and reclassifications.
• Preparing job requisitions and MOUs related to partnership.
• Engage in team of teams works in local, regional, and global level.

• Having founded or co-founded an initiative or organization; has ground experience in building a community or organization
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Accounting experience and practical skill (1-3+ years).
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently, and under minimal supervision.
• Strong team member.
• Communication skills with different audiences.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• IT-savvy is a must.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Net Suite, and others.

• Ethical Fiber: Exceptionally strong ethical behavior. Is self-reflective and has strong empathy skills. Trustworthy.
• Self-Definition: The person expects that changing the world in big ways and on a continental scale is what he/she will do in life.
