Luxasia Group is seeking a Brand General Manager to lead the Charlotte Tilbury presence in Indonesia, driving top-line growth and delivering magical customer experiences with a strong focus on luxury retail standards.
You will coach and develop store teams, align with local market insights, manage P&L, and ensure brand integrity through omnichannel execution and KPI performance. The role requires a proven track record in luxury retail leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
