APM Monaco in Jakarta seeks a passionate boutique leader to drive performance and profitability at our Plaza Senayan store. You will lead a small team, drive sales and CRM initiatives, manage operations, and ensure outstanding client service.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years in luxury/fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential; other languages are a plus.
