Retail & Sales Executive

Job opportunity for Retail & Sales Executive a Gia Bimagaia in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Conduct regular visits to Baha Gia stores and consignment partners.
• Deliver excellent customer service at the Baha Gia HQ boutique and build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
• Manage inventory replenishment, stock transfers, and monitor product performance.
• Collect and analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
• Create reports and dashboards to support sales performance and business decisions.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure smooth retail operations.
• Monitor store operations, SOP compliance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support daily operational and administrative tasks as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communications, or any related field
• 2+ years of experience in retail fashion (preferred)
• Strong interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry
• Proactive, creative, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
