Glints Taploker is seeking a Country Merchandising Manager to lead end-to-end product strategy, assortment, pricing, inventory and supplier management for Indonesia, based in Jakarta. You will build category mix, define price tiers, manage OTB, calendars, and new product introductions for the Indonesian market.
You will drive margin, monitor competitor pricing, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report to regional HQ in English.
