Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from internal and external datasets, to utilize advanced analytical techniques to support business objectives.
Coordinate with data engineer for prepare, clean, and transform data sets for analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Assist in developing and applying segmentation methods, testing alternative quantitative methodologies, and conducting data-driven research.
Work closely with the Data Analyst Manager and cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy in reporting and analysis. Regularly review data for errors and discrepancies.
Identify and suggest improvements for data intake, validation, mining, and reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Support the development and enhancement of data models and predictive models, leveraging different data platforms and tools as required.
Assist in identifying and evaluating new data sources, tools, and techniques to improve the quality and depth of analysis.
Job Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Statistic, Math, Computer Science, Informatics, or relevant field.
3+ years of work experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and advanced knowledge of Excel.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
Experience in using SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Experience with data cleaning and transformation processes.

Experience or exposure to ML/AI is a plus.
