Tanggung jawab :
- Memastikan outlet beroperasional sesuai dengan ketentuan SOP perusahaan.
- Memimpin dan mengatur sistem kerja seluruh anggota tim crew & kasir.
- Mengatur shift kerja staf crew & kasir agar layanan pelanggan dapat berjalan dengan nyaman dan terfasilitasi dengan baik.
- Mengambil langkah solutif dan cepat ketika staf menghadapi berbagai hambatan dalam menjawab atau menghadapi konsumen.
- Membuat laporan sales harian, jadwal absensi crew & kasir.
- Memiliki pengalaman min 1 di posisi yang sama
- Pekerja keras dan memiliki inisiatif, proaktif, dan bertanggung jawab.
- Bersedia bekerja pada Hari Libur Nasional, dan Sistem Kerja Shift.
- Bersedia di mutasi / relokasi
