Background & Purpose of the Job:
As a Retail Excellence Partner Associate, you will support service excellence initiatives through Mystery Shopper programs, coaching, training, and competency development to enhance boutique performance.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end Mystery Shopper program, including recruitment, scheduling, training, vouchers, vendors, and documentation.
- Conduct QC and review Mystery Shopper reports and identify areas for service improvement.
- Follow up and monitor action plans based on Mystery Shopper findings.
- Support coaching sessions for Boutique Leaders whose Mystery Shopper results are below standard.
- Assist in conducting training and development programs to improve service standards across boutiques.
- Support the Boutique Leaders Development Program.
- Assist in developing competency-based programs for boutique sales teams.
- Coordinate engagement and bonding activities with Mystery Shoppers.
- Support administrative, planning, scheduling, and communication activities related to Retail Excellence projects.
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology preferred, or Business, Management, Communication, Hospitality, Retail Management, or other relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational experience are welcome; relevant work experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, coaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and adaptable to digital tools.
